You don’t need to believe in magic to reap the rewards of crystals and their healing properties.
The healing powers of crystals have been used since ancient times; their uses have been mentioned throughout history. It would seem that humans have been naturally drawn to and have an affinity to crystals and their powers since the beginning of time.
There is widespread availability of crystal therapy courses and many universities now offer it as a qualification.
Crystal healing is no longer viewed as ‘whacky’ or ‘out there’. And rightly so.
But HOW do they work?
They are known to be able to help us with everything from anxiety, to relationship problems to illness and even provide comfort following a death of a loved one. But how are they able to do this?
Science has proved that crystals can hold heat and electricity and also that they have the ability to focus light energy (this has assisted in the development of certain lasers).
Scientist Dr Marcel Vogel did extensive research in how crystals work.
While watching crystals grow under a microscope, he noticed that their shape took the form of whatever he was thinking about (he did this experiment with both water and plants at other times during his research, with very interesting results; click here or google him to read more about his fascinating discoveries).
In his early research he was amazed to find that he was able heal his friends back ache by directing his healing thoughts to the quartz in his hand and then to his friend.
He hypothesized that crystals can store thoughts similar to how tapes use magnetic energy to record sound. His 17 years of research into the application of quartz crystals provides strong evidence they have the capacity to store, amplify, and transfer information.
Today, quartz makes up around 10% of the Earth’s crust and is used in almost every type of technology, including clocks, electronics and IT storage.
If it is possible for crystals to communicate through computer chips, then isn’t it possible that this vibrational energy could be transmuted in other ways?
And, as crystals have a connection to the Earth and its life-giving elements, it makes sense that crystals are universally healing, especially since they’ve made their mark in almost every civilization before us.
Other interesting scientific research on crystals was found through Kirlian photography.
Kirlian photography reveals visible “auras” around objects photographed; all objects, even inanimate objects such as keys, coins or a plant leaves have an aura. Images created by Kirlian photography depict an energy field of the particular object.
You are probably asking, what has this got to do with how crystals work?
More research in this area is needed but it clearly shows the significance of crystals generating electromagnetism.
And if crystals can hold a magnetic charge, isn’t it possible that they can also influence and effect our energy system; our electromagnetic energy field?
Scientific evidence that crystals can heal the brain or the body is difficult to prove as it is difficult to measure. This does not mean that crystals healing energy is not there or that crystals are not working with us.
Just because there isn’t an exact scientific explanation on how they work with our energy system, doesn’t mean that they don’t work. People all over the world enjoy all the wonderful healing benefits crystals, both today and in years gone by.
Science is getting closer to a full explanation, but for me, I don’t need to know the exact science of how they work….they just do.
I would challenge anyone who says they don’t believe crystals can heal the body or the mind until they have a full scientific explanation as to why they work….to just give them a chance, try them, you will most likely be pleasantly surprised.
